In June 2011 I was approached by DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHER magazine to run an article on my Landscape Photography courses in Dorset and Hampshire. They wanted to run a competition for one of their readers to win a day’s one to one workshop with me on the Dorset coast and Becs Viveash was the lucky winner!

I met with Becs and Hayley from Digital Photographer magazine near Christchurch in Dorset and after running through the theory of how to take stunning landscape images, without the need of lengthy processing skills through the use of great compositional skills and ND filters, of we went on location to practise the theory.

Becs very quickly grasped the understanding of shooting in manual mode to give here the control she wanted to build up her image composition and in no time at all was producing some great results really telling the story of what she was trying to communicate through her images.
